Dear guests, we kindly ask you to read the following house rules carefully and respect them during your stay. This will help ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. This house was created with love and care, we kindly ask you to treat it with the same respect during your stay.

House Rules

  • To ensure an odor-free environment, we kindly ask you not to smoke inside. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. In case of non-compliance, compensation will be requested.

  • Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay, taking care to wash dishes and crockery after use and to throw waste in the appropriate containers respecting the separate waste collection.

  • We kindly ask you not to move furniture, objects or furnishings. In case of accidental damage, please inform us immediately, otherwise you will be held responsible and will be asked for compensation.

  • To help us reduce energy consumption and protect the environment, we ask you to adopt a conscious behavior by turning off lights and appliances when not needed and before leaving the apartment.

  • Your furry friends are welcome, but please let us know before bringing them. Some of them may require an additional security deposit.

  • We kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., avoiding loud music or TV and making noise. Parties and events inside the apartment are prohibited for the entire duration of your stay.

  • It is not permitted to bring additional guests into the apartment without prior authorization. If you wish to host additional guests, please let us know in advance and check for any additional fees or restrictions.

  • Please behave responsibly during your stay. Before leaving the apartment, carefully close doors and windows and use electrical systems and appliances with caution.

  • We ask you to read and respect all national laws and local regulations in force during your stay, including those regarding noise and safety.
